Criss has helped elected officials to keep open struggling schools, make sound investments of public monies, insure maximum voter participation in county elections, prepare agreements that make school bus roads better, acquire grants and other funding to relieve the burden on county taxpayers and provide more protection.

Criss has been a tough prosecutor for 23 years. That includes thousands of felony cases and nearly 100 felony jury trials. His team has consistently prosecuted hundreds more criminal cases every year than did his predecessors.

His continuing promise is to provide equal justice to all people who have business with Apache County. That means no discrimination, no favoritism, and no selfish interests that would interfere with that promise. He will insure that all who seek justice in Apache County courts will have the same dignity under the law.
